Returns & Exchanges

Cancelling an order

If, after you place your order, you want to cancel it, please call us as soon as possible on +971 4 369 9038 during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am-06:00pm GMT+4) or send our Customer Care team an email to info@premon.ae quoting your order number and request for a cancellation.

Please note that if your order has already been processed, and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive the item(s) first and then ship it back to us.

Returning an order

If, for any reason, you are not happy with any item(s) you have purchased, please call us as soon as possible on +971 4 369 9038 during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am-06:00pm GMT+4) or send our Customer Care team an email to info@premon.ae  quoting your order number and request for a return.

Our Customer Care team will arrange for a collection of the item(s) at a time that is convenient for you but shipping charges will be applied.

The item(s) must come back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to be able to process any return.

Please note the following return conditions:

  • All items, including those on sale, can be returned
  • After you receive your order and until any item(s) returned are received by our Customer Care team, all responsibility of their care and condition sits with you
  • Any returned item(s) received by our Customer Care team must be in perfect condition so please make sure your item(s) are packaged securely and choose a reputable shipping company if you choose to do so
  • Item(s) must include their PremOn return tags as well as any dust bags, authenticity cards, etc. they were packaged with
  • When our Customer Care team have received your return package, you will receive a confirmation email
  • In the unlikely event that your returned item(s) are received in an unsuitable or unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will send the item(s) back to you
  • Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, and original packing. Products that are damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product will not be replaced, returned or cancelled. Before the dispatch of any products, we ensure that product(s) is 100 percent in best condition and properly functioning.

Once your item(s) have been approved for return, you will have the following options:

  1. Product replacement
    • If you ask for a product replacement, we will confirm availability of your preferred product and send the new item
    • You will cover the shipping costs for sending you a product replacement

Voucher code for a new order

  • If you prefer to return the item(s), we will email to you a Premon voucher code for the value of the item(s) to be used for your next purchase
  • Any potential Shipping charges will not be refunded in the voucher code unless there is evidence that the item(s) were faulty or different to the item(s) you ordered
  1. Refunds

For the UAE, we accept refunds for the full amount of the order with the exception of any shipping fees. Prior to any refund, the item(s) will be checked to be in perfect condition. Our Customer Care team will confirm this by email.

– Cash-On-Delivery Payments

Payments which have been made with Cash-On-Delivery have two options of refund methods:

  1. A voucher code for the same value as the returned item(s) will be issued to be used in your next order. This unique voucher code will be sent to you via email from our Customer Care team within 5 working days from the item(s) being received.
  2. Funds can also be paid cash by courier after we receive and inspect the product

  • We can deliver to your home, office or hotel but not to your P.O Box

Use of the Website

Welcome to the PremOn Website “Website”. By entering our Website, you agree to these terms and conditions the “Terms”. Please review these carefully prior to making any purchases. By using this site you agree to comply with these Terms.

PremOn is an online service of “Premiers four Trading” for the purpose of the sale of clothing, accessories and other items “Product”.

In order to be able to make purchases through the PremOn website, you will be requested to register. The information sought will allow PremOn to handle your transaction efficiently and effectively.

As payment will be made cash on delivery, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. We do not share any customer data to any third parties and all customer data is held on a secure server.

PremOn may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to the changes to these Terms, you should stop using this website. By using this website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with the Terms as changed. Any changes made after you have placed an order with us, will not affect that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.

Making a purchase

When you make a purchase through the PremOn website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Placing an Order

The Website contains an instructive guide that will walk you through the process of placing an order. You place your order for any selected items by clicking on the [Confirm Order] button at the end of the on-line order process.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference code and the value of your order that will be paid on delivery.

Please note that while the Website lists only available Product, there may be occasions due to circumstances beyond PremOn control, where the Product is not available. In this case a latest delivery, where applicable, will be communicated to you.

Unless otherwise notified, PremOn acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched the Product(s) as ordered by you and noted on that communication. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience, where the reasons are outside PremOn control, which may result in you having not received that email in a timely manner.

PremOn may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock.

Pricing Policy

All priced items will be honored as advertised unless it is obviously incorrect.

PremOn offers our customers the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) system, which means that you will be charged for the items purchased plus shipping cost as part of your order.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season. The prices are subject to change and may go up or down depending on the season.


Cash On Delivery

Payment is cash on delivery only. After you place your order our courier will come to deliver your items and receive your payment. Please keep the exact amount due for payment on the arrival of your order(s) to save time.


If a customer is not happy with their purchase they can exchange within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.

Your refund will be paid to you cash and will be sent to you via our courier. Please be aware that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. In order to exchange products, requested for the exchange must be of the same value or higher. We will not exchange products for lower value than the original item purchased.

Please contact returns@premon.ae who will issue you with a RAN (Return Authorization Number). In doing so, please specify the product information you require and we will process this for you. You will receive confirmation of your exchange within 48 hours. 

Gift returns

If you have received an item from PremOn as a gift, you cannot exchange it for another item

Passing of property and risk

PremOn retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to PremOn, if payment is refunded to you.

Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.
